The most common signing in problems are due to mis-spelt email addresses either when the policy is purchased or when trying to sign in.
If you know that you have mis-spelt your email address you will need to contact us by email. Please provide the full address and postcode you used to purchase the policy because we cannot change an email address without this information. It also helps us find your policy quickly.
If you are sure your email address is correct please ensure you have typed your password in correctly. If you have lost or forgotten your password click the 'forgotten password' link on the Sign In page to get a new one.

If you have purchased your policy through Money Supermarket please note that you need to enter your policy number into the first Sign In box and not your email address.
