Please check your spam or junk folders. This is the most common reason for not receiving your certificate or policy documents. Also, some spam filters or providers such as AOL may completely block a valid email and its attachments.
If you have checked your spam and junk folders and have still not received your policy documents within 24 hours you can do the following:
1) If you have purchased from us before you will already have an account area set up and you can download your insurance certificate and policy wording from there. Your login is the email address you used to purchase your policy and the password is the one that was sent to you under a separate email. If you have forgotten your password just follow the instructions and we will send you a new one.
2) If you have not purchased from us before but you have received an email confirming your account setup and password, you can log into your account area and download your insurance certificate and policy wording from there.3) If you are new to us and have not received either your policy documents or an account confirmation email you should email or call us. You can find our number on the contact us section of our website.
